BAY’S PLAYOFF CHARGE CONTINUED AS THEY EXTENDED THEIR recent unbeaten run to 5 matches with this hard fought win at Badgers.
A second half penalty converted by Zak Ansah following a rash tackle from Millers’ debutant Joe Tennent kept the visitors on the fringes of the Playoff places after the home side enjoyed a spell of domination at the start of the half.
Bay took the lead in the 14th minute as Keiron Campbell stepped inside on the left to fire beyond Millers’ keeper Andy Walker from 20 yards.
This underpinned a strong start to the game by the visitors, but they were pegged back on the stroke of half time as Tennent converted from close range to send the teams in level. Paul Semakula saw red for a second yellow card in the closing stages as Cray Valley PM’s poor recent form continued.
