Both sides have made a good start to life at step 3 following their promotion last season form the Isthmian South East, Valley as champions and City via the play off's. They both have 14 points from their opening 9 games, separated on goal difference in 6th and 8th place. Chichester after losing three of their opening four league games are unbeaten in their next five, winning three of them. Like the Millers they have also reached the first round of the FA Trophy and face a trip to Plymouth Parkway. Top goalscorer for the Lilywhites this season is Jimmy Wild on ten, carrying on from last season when he scored 17 in the final three months between February and April.

The Millers came from two goals down to grab a point at Canvey Island on Tuesday meaning they have taken just two points from their last four league games but Steve McKimm will not be too concerned acknowledging that they have competed in every game and have their own first round proper FA Trophy tie at Brentwood Town to look forward to.
