Corinthian:
Following relegation from the Isthmian South East back to the SCEFL Premier Division at the end of season 2023/24 the club stayed loyal to long term manager Michael Golding and were rewarded with a fifth place finish and a play off spot. After winning their play off semi final at highly fancied Faversham Town on penalties they then lost on penalties in the final against Erith Town after a 1-1 draw. This will be their second pre-season friendly in the build up to the new season, on Saturday they played National South Side Tonbridge Angels, losing 3-7.
The Millers:
This will be their first pre-season match for Steve McKimm and his team following a number of training sessions after returning on the 29th June. The majority of the squad have been retained with just Kyrell Lisbie and Calvin Ekpiteta moving on to new challenges. One definite new face is Andre Coker who joined from Folkestone Invicta, a versatile attacking player, he will be looking to make an impact. A number of trialists have been seen at training so will be interesting to see if they feature on Tuesday evening.
